Indiana student ID voting ban goes back into effect

The United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit has granted an emergency motion banning the use of college-issued student identification cards for voting.

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita announced ...Monday, April 20 that the Seventh Circuit granted their emergency motion and stayed the preliminary injunction against Senate Enrolled Act 10, which says that college- and university-issued IDs can't be used to vote.

This means that only government-issued IDs, such as a driver's license, are acceptable at the polls.
