Perspectives from NODA and NACCU:
Delivering Orientation and Campus Card Services during COVID-19

This roundtable discussion is a collaborative effort of NODA (Association for Orientation, Transition, and Retention in Higher Education) and NACCU. Together we cover some key lessons learned about delivering orientation and campus card services during COVID-19 as we prepare to welcome students to campus.

This includes communication, orientation, card services, implementation of new technology and process changes. You will hear from several different institution types about how they have managed to ready students and parents for the coming fall semester.

Facilitators:
Ann Hower, University of Michigan
Susannah Marshman, Coastal Carolina University
Kian Blackmur, Cuyahoga Community College (OH)
Becky Estey, University of Rhode Island
Courtney Petrizzi, The University of Alabama
