Cobalt Fire Software iQueue Line Manager – Capacity and Queue Management in the time of COVID-19
How will you manage when students return to campus? iQueue Line Manager allows students to sign in remotely from any web browser or mobile device, make appointments with your office/staff, and specify reason(s) for their visit in advance. You can track and manage your data, and communicate status and  support options for service. Minimize crowds and boost operational efficiencies with iQueue!

Presenter:
Lori Gager-Director of Customer Solutions

Jorrun Liston, NACCU : Welcome everyone! We are recording this presentation and will post it on naccuTV soon.

John Ogle : Please enter your questions here in the chat now.

Melinda Bakken : Is there an automated “next in line” text message, if they leave the area? I don’t have a huge area where they can wait, especially with COVID.

Kim Pfeffer: Emory : You can customize AND it’s EASY! Very User Friendly!

Ursula Shail : Can this be set up behind an authentication system, e.g. Shibboleth? so users are required to login & we can collect more/accurate data?

Melinda Bakken : thanks

Ursula Shail : Can you add additional workflows based on the student selection of reasons why? e.g. if they select new student card, can they be notified that they must provide required documentation, or, if they are here for a replacement, they will be notified that we only accept debit/credit?

Ursula Shail : Thanks Bob!

Richard Wynn : Thanks

Melinda Bakken : can you put your contact slide back up

Kim Pfeffer: Emory : Thank You Bob, Lori and NACCU!

Jen McDonald – Georgian College : Thank you !

Michael Hovestol : thanks!
